Chairman/CEO
Sidney E. Oseghale is a notable figure in the business and philanthropy realms. He serves as the chairman/CEO of Neyemo Energy & Services Ltd, NENA Suites & Apartments Ltd, and is the President/Founder of the Sidney Emoyon Oseghale Foundation. With a Bachelor’s degree and Post Graduate Diploma in Public Administration, Sidney’s career began at Blinkers Ltd, a company specializing in various sectors. He rose to the role of General Manager before founding Neyemo Nigeria Ltd. His passion lies in delivering exceptional services and bringing smiles to clients’ faces. Beyond work, Sidney is a devoted football fan and enjoys the outdoors with his family. He’s happily married with lovely kids.
Adesuwa Marian Omoriotionmwan Oseghale

Adesuwa Marian Oseghale holds the prestigious position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Neyemo Energy & Services Ltd. With a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Benin and over 7 years of banking experience, she brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
Beyond her role as COO, Marian is a visionary entrepreneur, successfully managing an international business. Her multifaceted approach to business is complemented by her foray into Data Analysis, where she seeks to leverage data-driven insights for better decision-making.
Outside the boardroom, Marian’s passions lie in the arts. She is an avid reader and writer, finding solace and creativity in books and written expression. Traveling the world is another cherished pursuit, offering her a broader perspective and cultural enrichment.
In her personal life, Marian is a devoted spouse and a loving parent, exemplifying her commitment to both her professional and family spheres. Her journey is a testament to her unwavering dedication to growth, innovation, and excellence.
Engr. Khalid Nasser
Head of Engineering
Engr. Khalid Nasser brings more than 17 years of experience as a skilled civil engineer. His expertise lies in effective project management, technical proficiency, and strong leadership. As the former Head of Engineering at Raya 5 Ltd, he excelled in managing projects and teams, designing compliant solutions, and collaborating seamlessly with clients and colleagues. Noteworthy achievements include optimizing processes for a 15% reduction in project timelines and 10% cost savings. Engr. Nasser holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from California and is well-versed in project management, CAD software, structural analysis tools, BIM software, and geotechnical engineering software. His successful track record, problem-solving ability, and exceptional communication skills make him an asset in the field of civil engineering.
Engr. Imiefoh I. Pedro
Projects Supervisor
A dedicated and versatile registered Engineer with leadership qualities, integrity, management skills specialized in projects coordination and administrative capabilities, with expertise in information technology and software solutions, he is also a great team player with skilled technical abilities supported by field and professional work experiences, with an IQ high enough to grasps things in the shortest possible time
Engr. Imiefoh I. Pedro holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and an Ordinary National Diploma in Computer Engineering, he holds a Masters Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering majoring in Power and Machines. With a Postgraduate Experience in the Drilling, Auto Pits, Financial Sector, Information technology and the Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC). He also had a stint with two of Nigeria”s foremost Banks which has exposed him to relevant information and skills set for success in any given project and organization.
